Class materials will NOT be provided by the Appraisal Institute and are the responsibility of the student. Students will need:

USPAP (this is the same as the 2024-2025 version. If you have this USPAP, you will not need to repurchase this, but will still need the Guidance and Reference Manual and the Student Handbook)
