PM Session Description:
Buy land, they're not making it anymore.
Mark Twain
Because real property is always tied to land, the value of land is often a critical part of any appraisal, so all appraisers should have a solid understanding of various land valuation methodologies and techniques. This seminar will inform attendees when and why to apply the appropriate tools, and examples will be provided to demonstrate how to perform credible land valuations.
