Description – 

• REcolorado is excited to join the Appraisal Institute in March for an opportunity to earn CE credit and get an MLS update from REcolorado! 
• Jennifer Costello, REcolorado Senior Business Development Manager, will update attendees on updated from REcolorado including new partnerships and features in the system.
• Following the MLS Update attendees will earn 2 CE credits in the Market Intel class with Ry Burke from Education and Development at REcolorado. 
• This course will explore the power of in-depth and current market intelligence through a variety of preset statistics as well as statistics customized via user defined parameters. Students will learn how to generate statistics from MLS data as well as public records information found within Realist. Upon completion of the class, students will be able to generate preset reports as well as customize reports that meet their specific data needs. They will learn how to save and manage statistics to efficiently access them when needed.
