This class will be hosted via Zoom.  A link will be sent the day before to class participants.

The link will open at 8:00am

Class will be from 8:30am-4:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break

Cancellation Policy

There will be a cancellation fee of $50.  

NO Shows will lose their class fee. 

Additional Information

IMPORTANT: Our instructor must be able to see/hear you and you must be able to see/hear the instructor. Video must remain on throughout the entire class. Zoom Meeting allows student/instructor interaction through video/audio and the chat function. This is a requirement, and you will not receive credit if you do not have video/audio capabilities to see/hear the instructor/allow the instructor to see/hear you. 

PHOTO ID REQUIRED: Students will need to send a photo ID, such as a driver license to [email protected] after registering.  We will be verifying photo identification of students during roll call at the beginning and throughout the class. This is a requirement, and you will not receive credit if we do not have a photo to verify your identification with.

Kentucky Commission on Proprietary Education (Formal Complaint Process for KY residents)
To file a complaint with the Kentucky Commission on Proprietary Education, a complaint shall be in writing and shall be filed on Form PE-24, Form to File a Complaint, accompanied, if applicable, by Form PE-25, Authorization for Release of Student Records.

Synchronous Livestream Education - Any distance education course offered by an Appraisal Institute chapter or the Appraisal Institute national headquarters, where the instructor and students interact simultaneously online, similar to a phone call, video chat or live webinar, or web-based meeting.

Please note that not all states have approved Livestream education, therefore, registrants MUST CHECK their individual states for approval BEFORE registering for the Program. Before registering for the Program, registrants understand and agree that continuing education credit for this program MAY NOT be available in their state on the date of the Program. The Appraisal Institute is not responsible if credit is not available for the Program in individual states. Please note: State exceptions for livestream education may expire PRIOR to the offering date.

State Credit

Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
